From March 24 to 26, Chen Jian'an, Vice Chairman of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), led a delegation to Italy. Chen attended and addressed the China-Italy Economic and Trade Seminar and the Second China International Supply Chain Expo (CISCE) Promotion Conference, as well as the text exchange ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding between China Chamber of International Commerce (CCOIC) and the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO).
During the visit, Chen also met with prominent figures from the business community, including Mario Boselli, President of the Italy China Council Foundation, and Lorenzo Galanti, General Director of the Italian Trade Agency. They exchanged in-depth views on strengthening Sino-Italian economic and trade cooperation and deepening exchanges between the industrial and commercial circles of the two countries, and promoted the second CISCE.
In addition, Chen also attended a symposium for Chinese enterprises in Italy, where he interacted with numerous companies on topics such as opportunities and challenges faced by Sino-Italian economic and trade cooperation and the business environment in Italy.
