The 18th Beijing International Automotive Exhibition, (referred to as Auto China 2024), will take place from April 25th to May 4th, 2024 at the China International Exhibition Center (CIEC-Shunyi) and the China International Exhibition Center (CIEC-Chaoyang). The ticketing system is now officially opened as of today.

Ticket purchases for Auto China 2024 are announced as follows:

A.                      Schedule for Auto China 2024

The exhibition at the Shunyi Hall will run from April 25th to May 4th. The exhibition press days will be designated on April 25th and 26th , specifically catering to domestic and international journalists for on-site visits, interviews, and reporting.

The following two days on April 27th to 28th will be designated as professional visitor days, while the remaining exhibition date from April 29th to May 4th will be open to the general public. The visiting hours (April 27th – May 3rd) are from 10:00 to 18:00, and for the last day (May 4th) are 10:00 to 16:00.

The exhibition at the Chaoyang Hall will run from April 25th to April 27th, for 3 days in total. The visiting hours (April 25th - 26th) are 9:00 to 17:00, and for the last day (April 27th) are 9:00 to 15:00.

B.                      Ticketing Notice

1.       Auto China 2024 will exclusively use electronic admission tickets. Visitors must make reservations and purchase tickets online using real-name registration. Presenting their ID cards upon entry is mandatory. E-tickets can be purchased via the “Auto China” WeChat official account or the official website www.autochinashow.org.

2.       Visitors to the CIEC-Chaoyang halls do not need to purchase tickets but are required to register in advance on the official website or WeChat official account.

3.       The Auto China organizing committee has issued an important reminder to attendees holding exhibition credentials or purchasing electronic tickets: all credential holders and those who have purchased next-day electronic tickets must activate and bind their credentials or electronic tickets with their ID cards before 18:00 on the day before entering the exhibition hall. Otherwise, they will not be able to enter the venue the next day.

4.       Visitors can purchase tickets through the "Ticketing Service" menu on the WeChat official account of the Beijing International Automotive Exhibition, or by logging into the "Beijing International Auto Show Ticketing" mini-program and the Ctrip app for real-name ticket purchases. The organizers have not authorized any other institutions or platforms to sell tickets. Visitors are advised to choose the correct ticket purchasing channel. The organizers will not be responsible for any disputes arising from the purchase of fake tickets through unofficial channels and reserve the right to pursue relevant liabilities.

5.       All tickets are non-refundable once sold.
