The 18th Beijing International Automotive Exhibition, (referred to as Auto China 2024), will take place from April 25th to May 4th, 2024. Themed “Driving to Smart Mobility,” this prestigious event will be hosted at two venues: China International Exhibition Center (CIEC-Shunyi) and the China International Exhibition Center (CIEC-Chaoyang), covering a total exhibition area of 220,000 square meters.

Auto China 2024 is co-hosted by several organizations, including China Machinery Industry Federation, China National Machinery Industry Corporation, China Chamber of International Commerce and China Association of Automobile Manufacturers. 3. Schedule for Auto China 2024

CIEC-Shunyi will primarily showcase domestic and international passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, and some well-known tech companies and media related to the auto industry.

The exhibition at the Shunyi Halls will run from April 25th to May 4th. The exhibition press days will be designated on April 25th and 26th, specifically catering to domestic and international journalists for on-site visits, interviews, and reporting.

The following two days on April 27th to 28th will be designated as professional visitor days, while the remaining exhibition date from April 29th to May 4th will be open to the general public. The visiting hours (April 27th – May 3rd) are from10:00 to 18:00, and for the last day (May 4th) are 10:00 to 16:00.

CIEC-Chaoyang will mainly showcase domestic and international components, automotive equipment, and related products. The exhibition at the Chaoyang Halls will run from April 25th to April 27th, for 3 days in total. The visiting hours (April 25th - 26th) are 9:00 to 17:00, and for the last day (April 27th) are 9:00 to 15:00.

5. Tickets: Auto China 2024 will exclusively use electronic admission tickets. Visitors must make reservations and purchase tickets online using real-name registration. Presenting their ID cards upon entry is mandatory. E-tickets can be purchased via the “Auto China” WeChat official account or the official website www.autochinashow.org. Visitors to the CIEC-Chaoyang Halls do not need to purchase tickets but are required to register in advance on the official website or WeChat official account.

The Auto China organizing committee has issued an important reminder to attendees holding exhibition credentials or purchasing electronic tickets: all credential holders and those who have purchased next-day electronic tickets must activate and bind their credentials or electronic tickets with their ID cards before 18:00 on the day before entering the exhibition hall. Otherwise, they will not be able to enter the venue the next day.

Media Registration and Services: The online registration system for media is now open on the exhibition’s official website and the official WeChat account. Registration will be available from April 14th to April 24^th till 4:00 PM. For on-site registration and badge collection, you are required to visit the CIEC-Shunyi between April 23rd and 26th. Registered media members who meet the requirements must present valid ID for verification upon entry. Overseas media can enter using electronic documents linked to personal information. The press center, located on the third floor of the South Registration Hall at CIEC-Shunyi, will be open to both domestic and international media, providing convenience and technical support for on-site reporting.

Transportation Tips: Due to limited parking spaces around CIEC-Shunyi and CIEC-Chaoyang exhibition areas, visitors are advised to use public transportation whenever possible. The CIEC-Shunyi exhibition area is accessible via Beijing Subway Line 15 and multiple bus routes. Visitors driving to the venue should follow the instructions of traffic police to ensure orderly and smooth transportation.
