On January 16, 2024 Council Meeting of the China Chamber of International Commerce (CCOIC) was held in Beijing. Ren Hongbin, Chairman of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) and the CCOIC, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.

The meeting reviewed and approved the 2024 work report of the CCOIC, and the adjustments to the council members and units. Yu Jianlong, Vice Chairman of the CCPIT and the CCOIC, read the meeting resolution to the attendees. Dai Hegen, Chairman of China Railway Construction Corporation Limited; Fu Fan, Chairman of China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co., Ltd.; and Xia Quan, Global Vice President of Qualcomm delivered speeches on behalf of their units respectively. After the meeting, a lecture about the CCOIC was held.

The meeting took place both online and offline, with the main venue in Beijing and branch venues in various local chambers of international commerce. A total of 927 council representatives attended.
